Princes Catering Private Function Menus

No buffet is too big or too small; we can meet any of your buffet requirements. Throughout this menu are suggestion buffets, but you can mix and match items please ask for a quote.

Buffets Platters

All of our food is prepared early on the day of delivery & delivered in refrigerated vans to maximize freshness & food safety. Our buffets are presented and delivered on gold disposable platters inclusive of plates and napkins, if you would like to have your buffet presented on white china inclusive of china plates and napkins please ask us for details and costs.

Dressed Salmon Platter

If you are having a party for a special occasion why not order a freshly prepared dressed salmon, they taste beautiful, look great and are a fantastic centre piece for your buffet table. We can also add prawns to your dressed salmon to make it that bit more extra special.
